Intelligent Agent Orchestration
Intelligent agents that do real work: coordinated, controllable and under human oversight.
Capability areas
RHF AI Agents is a platform for designing, deploying and orchestrating specialized intelligent agents that carry out multi-step tasks across enterprise systems, from gathering data and preparing reports to following up on requests. Each agent works within its permitted scope, and sensitive actions require human approval before execution.

Every morning, prepare a briefing on project status, overdue referrals and key indicators for the management meeting.
RHF Assistant
A new routine has been set up: each morning, the reporting agent gathers data from the project, correspondence and performance systems and prepares the meeting briefing. The first version is ready for your review, and automatic distribution to meeting members will start once you approve it.
Sensitive actions require approval by the responsible person before execution.
Every agent has a defined identity, access scope and permissions, and all of its actions are logged and traceable. High-risk actions run only with human approval, and the responsible owner can stop any agent immediately.
A chatbot mainly answers questions, while an intelligent agent can carry out multi-step work, interact with systems and deliver a result, always within defined permissions.
Through limited permissions, human approval checkpoints, pre-deployment testing and continuous monitoring; the owner of each agent can stop it immediately.
Usually a frequent, measurable and low-risk process; it is selected in a joint assessment workshop with the RHF team.
